Norma Lorenzo

Norma Lorenzo is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Kurt Hermanni, P.A. She limits her practice exclusively to Immigration.

Ms. Lorenzo graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Barry University. She then received her Master’s in Forensic Science from Florida International University. In 2005 she graduated cum laude from Florida International University College of Law with a J.D. During her time at Florida International University College of Law, Ms. Lorenzo served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review. Additionally, she was the recipient of various awards such as the Dean’s Scholarship, Dean’s List (all semesters), Excellency in Publication Award for 2005, and top paper awards in various classes.

Ms. Lorenzo also had opportunity of interning for Judge Frank Shepard from the Third District Court of Appeals. Since graduating from law school Ms. Lorenzo has dedicated her career to the practice of immigration law. During her years of experience she has represented large corporations as well as individuals in their employment immigration issues.

Ms. Lorenzo was also the author of a bi-weekly immigration news column from 2008-2009 in the newspaper entitled Indentidad, which has circulation in the Hartford, CT area.

Ms. Lorenzo is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, Florida Supreme Court, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Lorenzo is fluent in English and Spanish.
