Kurt A Hermanni limits his practice to Immigration and International Law. Mr. Hermanni has represented former Heads of State and their families. Mr. Hermanni has also represented foreign dignitaries and military leaders seeking asylum in the United States. In all Mr. Hermanni has successfully represented clients from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, South America, and Africa, before the distinguished U.S.C.I.S. and the Department of State.
Mr. Hermanni is a member in good standing of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar, United States District Court of the District of Massachusetts, The American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International. Mr. Hermanni was also the former Student President of the Justinian Law Society of Rhode Island.
Mr. Hermanni was chosen to oversee the legality of the Referendum vote for Venezuela held on August 15, 2004 in Coconut Grove, Florida. Mr. Hermanni was also one of the official quality control Attorneys for the NCRL (National Council of La Raza) Naturalization drive held at the Miami Beach Convention Center, July 21, 2007.
Mr. Hermanni received his J.D. from the Roger Williams University School of Law in 2000, and he received his B.A. in International Relations from Florida International University in Miami, Florida in 1996. Mr. Hermanni is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
Finally, Mr. Hermanni had the privilege of interning in the prestigious Inns of Court, London England, were he worked side by side with an English Barrister.

US Immigration Attorney George Francis
George Francis limits his practice to Immigration and International Law. Mr. Francis has represented clients from all walks of life, and has succeeded in achieving results for his clients and for those whose cases were left to languish by prior attorneys. Mr. Francis has had the privilege to represent clients from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, South America, and Africa before the distinguished U.S.C.I.S. and Department of State.
Mr. Francis is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Mr. Francis also helped to create, and was Vice President of the International Law Student Association at Florida International University.
Mr. Francis was personally selected in his third year of law school as a research assistant for the International Law and Human Rights and Global Justice Program, and was awarded a full scholarship for his third year of law school based upon this selection and his fine work ethic.
Mr. Francis received his J.D. from the Florida International University College of Law in 2008, and was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. Mr. Francis received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in Miami, Florida in 2005. Mr. Francis is Fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic, and has aided several Hispanic and Middle-Eastern clients in reaching their immigration goals.
Mr. Francis had the honor of researching alongside the Florida International University Human rights and Global justice program, and helped in organizing and sending aid to many nations in West Africa and the Caribbean. Mr. Francis was also sent to represent his University at the American Society of International Lawyers (ASIL) conferences on two occasions.
